Refund and Returns Policy

At Essence & Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns to ensure a fair and transparent process. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first return the product to us. Only after we receive the returned product will we process a refund or exchange.


2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns are only accepted per invoice; we do not accept returns for items purchased more than two months ago or for discontinued products.
  • Clearance and sale products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • If the product is found to be damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), we will only issue a refund for the product price. Excise duty and shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit in most cases. Some exceptions may apply based on circumstances.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@essencedrop.ca and return the item according to our return process.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Any product returned without prior authorization
